Job Description

Analyst – Wealth Credit Transaction Management (2–5 years)

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

· Support end-to-end transaction lifecycle activities for UHNIs across Wealth Credit Product – Securities (Margin/Lombard) Lending, Real Estate backed Lending (CRE), Tailored (Structured) Lending, Professional Practice Financing.

· Deal/Facility setup support, documentation checks, system data validation, and post-disbursement monitoring.

· Review and validate credit approval memoranda, term sheets, and credit agreements to ensure alignment with approved terms and operational readiness.

· Assist with facility setup and booking readiness across lending platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

· Perform covenant and collateral monitoring, including LTV checks, margin monitoring, documentation tracking, and exception identification.

· Support data quality checks, reconciliations, and remediation activities linked to internal and regulatory reporting requirements.

· Work under defined maker–checker controls and adhere to governance, audit, and documentation standards.

Experience & Skill Set Required

2–5 years of experience in transaction management, loan operations, or credit operations, preferably within Wealth Management / Private Banking or secured lending portfolios.
Sound understanding of wealth loan products, credit policies and processes; documentation requirements, risk systems including loan origination, limits and exposure management and legal documentation frameworks.
Familiarity with loan processing platforms (e.g., Loan IQ, Flexcube, AFS, or similar) and credit documentation.
Understanding of credit risk parameters including covenants tracking, collateral Monitoring, Margin requirements and post-close monitoring processes.

Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to operate in control-driven environments.
