Job Description

The Goal: Monetizing the "Daily Habit" of Indian viewers—from soaps to reality shows like Bigg Boss and Koffee with Karan.

Key Focus: Building contextual advertising opportunities that align with specific audience demographics (e.g., premium luxury ads during high-end dramas).
  • Identify and secure strategic advertising partnerships across digital and broadcast platforms.
  • Develop contextual ad solutions tailored to audience demographics, especially during premium content windows.
  • Lead client acquisition and relationship management for high-value national and global brands.
  • Leverage media metrics (CPM, viewability, audience reach) to design and optimize campaign performance.
  • Present data-driven insights and campaign results to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align advertising opportunities with programming schedules and viewer behavior.



Requirements


  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising partnerships, or related roles within broadcast or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of Indian viewership patterns and content consumption trends, especially in drama and reality formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with national and international brands.
  • Proficiency in analyzing media KPIs and translating data into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience in contextual or programmatic advertising is highly desirable.
