Job Description
Strategic Architecture: Build and lead the AI Marketing Center of Excellence for Google India.
Project Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-stakes AI projects, turning pioneering concepts into business-critical milestones.
Creative Pipeline Management: Lead collaborations between internal creative teams and global agencies to produce exceptional, AI-augmented campaign assets.
Tool Adoption: Act as an internal evangelist for Google's AI portfolio, creating "playbooks" and best practices that empower teams to innovate responsibly.
Thought Leadership: Write case studies and success stories that establish Google India as a global pioneer in AI-driven marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum: 5 years in a creative discipline (Writing, Filmmaking, Design, or Art Direction) with a portfolio showcasing experience in Brand, Interactive, or Technology design.
Preferred: 8+ years in the brand marketing/creative agency ecosystem.
AI Expertise: Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative judgment and content production.
Operational Excellence: Strong cross-functional program management skills, with the ability to "roll up your sleeves" and prototype or mock-up ideas yourself.
