Job Description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power BI or Tableau , a solid MIS background, and exposure to tools like Salesforce and EPIC . This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive automation across reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual analytics solutions. Prepare and manage comprehensive MIS reports to support business decisions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional reporting solutions. Utilize Salesforce and EPIC tools for data extraction, reporting, and analysis. Create automation solutions using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros to streamline reporting processes. Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of dashboards and reports. Perform detailed data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications 7?12 years of relevant experience in MIS, business intelligence, and analytics. Mandatory experience with Power BI or Tableau. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and automation. Hands-on experience with VBA and Excel Macros. Experience working with Salesforce and EPIC tools. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Good to Have Experience in data modeling and DAX (for Power BI). Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages. Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
