Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Repair Technician role located in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. The Repair Technician will perform a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and repairing fitness equipment, conducting preventative maintenance checks, replacing cables and upholstery, and addressing customer concerns. The role requires close interaction with clients to ensure their satisfaction and the proper functionality of fitness equipment in various settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to provide exceptional service
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to work efficiently on-site and follow safety protocols
• Familiarity with fitness equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in repair or maintenance are a bonus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
