Job Description

Role: Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, schedule, budget, and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Set objectives, establish timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, lead meetings, and prepare proposals.
Manage technical staff, assign tasks, and oversee project documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants for procurement and reviews.
Resolve project issues, track invoicing, and develop client relationships.
Mentor team members, foster a positive work environment, and perform supervisory duties.
