 Job Title: Part time-Online Internship Trainer / Internship Program Trainer (College Students)

Job Summary

The Internship Trainer will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring internship training programs for students and youth volunteers. The role focuses on skill development, orientation, mentoring, and preparing interns to support child education, community outreach, and NGO programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Orientation

• Design and conduct orientation programs for new interns.
• Deliver training sessions on:
• NGO working culture & ethics
• Child education support
• Communication & soft skills
• Basic documentation and reporting

Internship Coordination

• Coordinate internship schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
• Ensure interns understand their roles in education and social programs.

Mentoring & Support

• Provide regular mentoring and guidance to interns.
• Help interns develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Support interns in completing internship projects and reports.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track intern performance, participation, and learning outcomes.
• Collect feedback and prepare progress reports.
• Share improvement suggestions with program leadership.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Social Work, Education,  Management, or related fields preferred)
• Experience in:
• Training, teaching, mentoring, or NGO programs
• Internship coordination or youth development (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Passion for education, child welfare, and social development
