Project Role : Release Train Engineer Project Role Description : Facilitates Agile Release Train events and processes, including communicating with stakeholders, escalating progress impediments, managing risk, and driving improvement. Works with Product/Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment. Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : Atlassian JIRA, DevOps, Microsoft Azure DevOps Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Release Train Engineer, you will facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and managing risks. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, addressing impediments to progress, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to align strategy and execution across the organization. You will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress. - Monitor and report on the performance of the Agile Release Train, identifying areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Atlassian JIRA, DevOps, Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
