Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Relationship Officer – Personal Loans. The Relationship Officer’s primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and promoting personal loan products. The role involves targeting prospective clients, conducting consultations to recommend tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Finance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Customer Service expertise and focus on delivering exceptional client support
• Experience in Sales, including negotiation and client acquisition
• Ability to understand and assess clients' financial needs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in personal loans or financial services is a plus
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
