Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Warangal. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences through in-depth discussions and financial analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and increased revenue.
  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance on a range of products including investments, loans, insurance, and other banking services.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to advise clients effectively and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and financial reviews to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and credit, to deliver seamless client service.
  • Actively participate in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand the client base in the Warangal region.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., NISM, IRDA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the local market and client base in Warangal is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
