Job Description

  • Lead Management & Communication - Regularly follow up on all leads and maintain strong client communication.
  • Client Support & Query Handling - Address client queries promptly and support students with academic or career guidance.
  • Reporting & Data Management - Prepare daily MIS reports and ensure all lead data is accurately maintained.
  •  Academic & Career Counseling - Guide students in selecting suitable courses and understanding study options in India and abroad.
  • Knowledge & Updates - Stay informed about admission policies, visa requirements, and current education trends.
  • Events & Outreach - Participate in seminars, workshops, and outreach activities to promote the organization’s services.
  • General Support - Assist senior management with tasks related to overseas education and student services.


Required Skills and Qualification:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  •  Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
