Role Description

This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role is based in Khammam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, promoting insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to business growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Sales and marketing expertise, with experience in promoting insurance or financial products
• Problem-solving and customer service abilities to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Knowledge of the health insurance sector, including understanding of policies and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for client management and reporting
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer relationship management, or a related field is advantageous
• Local language proficiency is a plus
