Role Description

As a full-time Relationship Manager, you will work on-site at Soneri Bank Limited’s Sialkot branch. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing client portfolios, fostering strong customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding customer requirements, and promoting banking products and services to optimize satisfaction and retention. Additionally, this role requires adherence to regulatory policies and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Strong ability in Sales, Target Achievement, and Financial Advisory
• Knowledge of Banking Products, Market Analysis, and Business Development
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Problem-Solving, Organizational Skills, and Attention to Detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• Work experience in relationship management or banking is preferred
