  • Location: meerut,gorakhpur,dehradun& haridwar
B. Role Overview

The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by implementing organizational strategies and delivering superior customer engagement. The role focuses on managing Retail and HNI client relationships, maximizing upselling opportunities, and achieving assigned revenue targets while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

C. Educational & Experience Requirements
  • Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI sector)
  • NISM certification preferred
  • Experience in managing Retail / HNI clients
  • Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and financial products
D. Key Responsibilities
  • Upsell company Mutual Fund products to Retail and HNI clients from the assigned database.
  • Generate fresh leads through references and networking to expand clientele.
  • Acquire new HNI clients and maintain regular contact with all mapped customers.
  • Analyze investors’ asset allocation and customize investment solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve business targets in terms of sales, revenue, and product mix.
  • Enhance and upgrade client net worth relationships through focused selling.
  • Profile customers to recommend suitable financial products aligned with their needs.
  • Provide investment planning and advisory services.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and relationship management.
  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
