Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Karimnagar. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client relationships, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services, including loans, investments, insurance, and other banking solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance, understand evolving needs, and provide expert financial advice.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
