Job Purpose -
Relationship Management & Business development
- Acquire new relationships by engaging with some of the large Indian and Global sponsors
- Build and deepen relationships by offering full suite of Banking products
- Achieve balance sheet and P&L targets
Job Responsibilities: 6 – 8 Areas
Relationship Management
- Nurture existing relationship to generate business & acquire new relationships - ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream.
- Engaging with Financial sponsors including Private Equity Funds, VC funds and other similar sponsor groups (i.e. Pension Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds).
- Build and deepen relationships by offering full suite of Capital markets, Transaction Banking and Commercial Banking capabilities both at the Fund level and the Target Level (i.e. Investee Companies in the portfolio of funds).
Business development
- Identification of the potential customers.
- Acquiring the account and capture the maximum share of the wallet size.
Credit Appraisal and Monitoring
- Understanding client requirements for credit facilities, preparation of CAMs.
- ensuring timely disbursement of the facility, regularly interacting with client.
- getting market intelligence and ensuring the quality of credit.

Audit & Compliance
- Ensure the compliance requirements of bank, RBI FMC, SEBI and other guidelines
Value Chain Liability
- Tapping the supply chain of the customers like the promoters, directors, vendors, clients, and franchisees accounts.
- The position offers an opportunity to work on both asset and liability business.
