Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and meet business targets. This includes identifying customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and guiding clients through the purchase process. The role requires regular interaction with clients to foster trust, promote Bajaj Life’s offerings, and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to industry regulations are also key components of the role.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, and sales generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and markets, preferably with prior experience in the financial or insurance sector.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and propose matching solutions.
  • Ability to meet targets, work in a team, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with certification in insurance or financial planning will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and digital platforms for client communication is a plus.
