Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Tirupati. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, addressing their queries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key tasks include understanding patient needs, coordinating appointments, maintaining detailed records, and serving as the point of contact for all communications with patients and medical teams. The role also involves providing necessary guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution techniques.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and documentation efficiently.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset to provide compassionate care and support.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or client-facing roles is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Telugu for effective communication.
