Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ranchi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that all their business requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and delivering tailored business solutions. The role requires consistent interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and to sustain long-term partnerships.

• Problem-solving and project coordination skills
• Experience in business development and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Ranchi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in consulting or a similar role is a plus
