This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager located in Pune City. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting clients in navigating real estate transactions, and offering personalized property solutions. Daily tasks include client meetings, property viewings, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves negotiating deals, understanding client requirements, and representing the best interests of clients in every transaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management and client interactions
• Sales, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Market research skills and understanding of real estate trends
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric approach
• Fluency in English and local languages preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
