Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Relationship Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. Their duties will include client acquisition, account management, offering personalized support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management, customer support, and account handling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical abilities for understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for growth
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other related business tools
• Ability to work on-site in Agra and manage multiple clients simultaneously with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or digital transformation sector is a plus
• Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
