Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Ghaziabad. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring and recording patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and their families on treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of patient progress
• Understanding of hospital safety protocols, infection control measures, and patient care standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely medical records
• Knowledge of medical equipment usage and emergency response procedures
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid Nursing License from an accredited board
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferable
