We are currently hiring experienced healthcare professionals for an exciting remote AI healthcare evaluation project focused on nursing education and clinical response validation.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Role: Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Specialties: ICU & Emergency Department (ED)
  • Headcount: 10 Total
  • 5 ICU SMEs
  • 5 ED SMEs
  • Employment Type: Contract | Remote
  • Duration: June 2026 – December 2026 (Possibility of Extension)
  • Work Schedule: PRN / Flexible (As-needed assessments)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking highly experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), or Physician Assistants (PAs) to evaluate AI-generated responses within the nursing and healthcare education domain.

Selected professionals will review educational and clinical content generated by AI systems and assess its quality, safety, accuracy, and usefulness for healthcare learning environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated nursing and healthcare education responses
  • Assess outputs based on:
  • Overall Helpfulness
  • Clinical Correctness
  • Comprehension & Clarity
  • Completeness
  • Educational Safety / Harmfulness
  • Complete assigned evaluations within defined timelines
  • Provide professional feedback to support AI healthcare content improvement

POINT TO BE NOTED:

  • Active and valid RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional clinical experience
  • Mandatory specialization experience in:
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), OR
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Prior academic, teaching, validation, or review experience is an added advantage

PROJECT DETAILS:

  • Start Date: June 2026
  • Evaluation Time: Approximately 15 minutes per query
  • Assignment Volume: Based on reviewer availability and project allocation
