Position Overview

Map Your Show is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of current clients. This is a relationship-driven role focused on renewals, retention, upselling, and overall account growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a track record of cultivating long-term client partnerships and identifying opportunities for added value.

This role is well-suited for sales professionals who enjoy working with existing customers, delivering exceptional service, and identifying new opportunities to grow accounts. Experience in the trade show or events industry is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Drive renewals and maintain a high level of client retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent Map Your Show at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.


Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success roles.
  • Experience working with software or SaaS products; trade show or event industry experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
