Hiring for Regional Trainer for leading beauty cosmetic company

Location: Mumbai

Candidate will be handling West and South zone

CTC: 18-20 LPA

Role Objective

To provide beauty advisors/ store employees with the skills and knowledge they need to grow in their roles while helping the company grow, as well.

 Training new hires and existing staff on products, processes, and behavioral skills

 Handling the Training & Development for retail beauty

 Create monthly training program and prepare teaching plans

 Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of staff

 Develop content & consistently deliver training modules to all store employees in the respective region

 Assessed skill gaps for employees in the Skin Care & makeup category and developed training courses to

meet identified needs
