Regional Trainer

Role - Regional Trainer - South

Responsibilities

• Handle weekly virtual training sessions for new joiners
• Travel to stores in Bangalore and conduct on-the-job training
• Travel to stores in Chennai, Hyderabad & other locations in South India (bi-weekly) to conduct on-the-job training
• Support Customer Experience initiatives such as driving Google Reviews, collecting CSAT feedback, collecting prospect customer data
• Supporting the Head of Training in creating training modules

Requirements

• Experience of at least two years as a Regional Trainer or Training Specialist
• Have a basic understanding of all Training functions such as OJTs, classroom training sessions, need analysis, pre & post training tests etc.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be engaging & energetic during training sessions.
• Should be proficient in English, Kannada & at least one of the following two (Telugu or Tamil).
