Job Description
Designing and updating job descriptions. Co-ordinate with concern departmental head for finalizing and confirming of job description. Management of End-to-End recruitment life cycle. Job Posting and Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and Internal Reference.) Drafting emails for attracting passive candidates. Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms, review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role. Collect relevant personnel document required. Co-ordinate with Departmental Head and Management to conduct interviews of the candidates. Maintaining Recruitment data. Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed. Proven work experience: 6 Months to 1 year as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Minimum Qualification: Graduate Experience with sourcing techniques. Understanding of referral programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgement. Familiar in MS Office & Outlook. Hands On Experience: Job Sites (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, social media & Internal Reference.
