Regional Sales Manager for the US West Coast.

To ensure our continued growth in the US market, we are on the lookout for highly skilled, self-motivated, and enthusiastic sales associate to take on sales responsibilities for multiple states in the Western US. 

 

 

About the job 

You will be responsible for identifying and expanding sales opportunities with both existing and new customers in your area. Working in a professional selling environment for a high-end design brand, you'll target both residential and commercial markets, primarily engaging with garden centres and flower shops. 

  

Reporting directly to our Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will collaborate with a team of skilled sales supporters dedicated to assist in sales activities and fostering customer relationships. Additionally, you will have the advantage of working alongside a colleague based on the East Coast, creating a collaborative and supportive team dynamic. 

  

This role offers a career opportunity for individuals who excel in developing and maintaining their own clientele, providing excellent customer service, and enjoys travels as a design ambassador. 

 

About the tasks 

Your tasks and responsibilities in this position will be as follows:  

  • Develop tailored sales strategies for your market. 
  • Grow, nurture, and sustain new and existing customer relationships. 
  • Prepare, plan, and follow up on sales activities. 
  • Market screening of potential customers. 
  • Trade fair participation. 
  • Independently work with your markets, including sales forecasts, CRM systems, etc.

  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Have prior external sales experience and a proven track record.
