  • Super Distributor (SD) Management & Sales Growth
  • Direct and manage Super Distributors (SDs) across Tamil Nadu to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor SD inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and maintain healthy ROI for channel partners.
  • Streamline the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely payments and collections from the distribution network.
  • Market Expansion & Territory Growth
  • Identify and appoint new sub-distributors and retail partners in untapped areas of Tamil Nadu to increase product reach.
  • Drive Secondary Sales by ensuring products move from distributors to hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers.
  • Team Leadership & Field Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and field executives.
  • Conduct regular field-joint-working sessions to monitor ground-level execution and team performance.
  • Stakeholder Relationship & Scientific Promotion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiatrists, Physiotherapist, Chiropractic’s, General Practitioners and Hospital Procurement Managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits of rehabilitative equipment.
  • Reporting, Intelligence & Compliance
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Perform Competitor Analysis to stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities strictly adhere to company ethics and medical device regulatory standards

Candidate Profile Requirements

  • Experience:  Overall Experience of 5 Years with proven track record in surgical goods sales, specifically in the Orthopaedic Support and Rehabilitation segment.
  • Skills: Expertise in channel sales, distributor management, and leading multi-layered sales teams.
  • Geographic Exposure: In-depth knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market and healthcare network.
