Regional Sales Manager - New Car Sales

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales team in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through need analysis and product demonstration
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
Negotiate sales agreements and manage sales order processing and sales order management
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales promotions and sales planning
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness
Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and performance

Requirements

10-18 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, preferably in the automotive industry
Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or sales
Strong skills in prospecting, need analysis, product demonstration, sales and marketing operations, negotiations, customer relations, sales effectiveness, sales order processing, sales order management, sales strategy, and sales planning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines
