Job Description

  • Manage direct sales for North India (Delhi & adjoining markets) as an IC
  • Drive business growth through consultative selling of masterbatch products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with GM Sales and travel extensively (50%) for client engagement
  • Periodic alignment trips to Mumbai (once every 2 months)

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years' experience in masterbatch or related polymer sales
  • Strong existing customer network in North India markets
  • Proven direct selling experience (no distributor-led models)
  • Consultative, solution-driven sales approach
  • Educational background in Chemical Engineering preferred
