Role Description
Overseeing and optimising the operations of a company within a specific geographic area. Their responsibilities are diverse and require a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise.
Duties
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Accurately forecast sales and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to channel partners, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Accurately forecast sales and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Acting as a point of contact between the channel partners and the company.
- Resolving escalated channel partner issues and disputes.
- Responsible for handling entire team targets and Individual targets
Qualification
- Diploma/B tech Electronics/ Any degree/ PG
- Expertise in Territory Management, Sales Planning & Forecasting & Competitive Market Analysis
- Minimum of 8- 11 years experience in field of Inverter, battery or Ups
- Expertise to develop channel sales and appoint new distributors or dealers in market
- Should have well experience as Team Manager
Work Location : Chennai
Salary Range : ₹ 85,000- ₹1,10,000 per month
