About the role: As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales, achieving revenue and P&L targets, leading and mentoring the sales team and expanding the enterprise business. The role focuses on selling IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Networking, Managed Services and Digital Workplace solutions, building strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and identifying strategic business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and P&L targets.
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and performance guidance.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Sell and promote IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Networking, Managed Services (MSO) and Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business reviews for senior management.
  • Own regional revenue, profitability and target achievement while ensuring consistent sales performance.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and drive strategic account growth across the assigned region.
  • Work closely with OEMs and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer solutions and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a System Integrator (SI) background.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership with team management and P&L ownership.
  • Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Networking, Managed Services (MSO) and Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
