Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Cybercyko’s cybersecurity solutions across the assigned region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Razole. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and demos, and leading negotiations to close new business. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs, and gathering market insights to inform sales strategies. The Regional Sales Manager also tracks performance against targets, prepares regular sales reports, and represents the company at local industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong regional sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing in a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity or IT solutions (e.g., endpoint security, identity management, zero-trust architectures) or a strong willingness to learn these domains quickly.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM tools to manage opportunities and track performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on-site, prioritize multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a regional or territory sales role, preferably in software, SaaS, or cybersecurity products.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, events, and meetings as needed.
