Regional Sales Manager – Karnataka (Agrochemicals / Crop Protection)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7–10 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve territory targets
  • Build and manage distributor and dealer networks
  • Execute market development initiatives including retailer engagement and farmer outreach
  • Track sales performance and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution


Key Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in agrochemicals / crop protection sales
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks and rural market dynamics
  • Proven experience in managing channel partners and driving sales growth
