Job Description

About the Role:


We’re hiring someone who can take ownership of a region and build strong distribution across clinics and premium retail channels.

This role is less about “visiting accounts” and more about creating a solid network that consistently generates business.


Your Core Responsibilities:


  • Develop and expand a network of dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres, and retail partners within your region
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new accounts and activate them quickly
  • Drive consistent order flow through relationship management and follow-ups
  • Work closely with partners to increase product movement and visibility
  • Track regional performance and ensure targets are met quarter-on-quarter
  • Stay updated on pricing trends, and market gaps


What We’re Looking For:


  • 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, skincare, or healthcare sales
  • Experience handling a territory or region independently
  • Existing connections with dermatologists, clinics, or retail chains will be a strong advantage
  • Ability to negotiate, close deals, and build long-term business relationships
  • Comfortable with regular travel and field engagement
  • Someone who takes ownership - not someone who needs constant follow-ups
