Regional Network Manager – Roadside Assistance

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Regional Network Manager – Roadside Assistance to join our team The role involves overseeing and managing the regional roadside assistance network, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network expansion and empanelment of RSA vendors/service providers

• Managing dealership, OEM, and partner relationships

• Ensuring service quality, fleet availability, and TAT adherence

• Driving operational efficiency and regional profitability

• Conducting regular provider audits, trainings, and performance reviews

• Handling customer escalations and improving service experience

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Roadside Assistance (RSA), automobile, fleet, logistics, or network operations

• Strong understanding of breakdown assistance operations

• Experience in vendor management and regional network expansion

• Willingness to travel extensively across South India

Mandatory Requirement:

• • Proficiency in South Indian regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is a must.
