Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager based in Ernakulam,Kottayam,Idukki with the flexibility to perform certain tasks remotely. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading and mentoring a team to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, developing strategic plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring teams
• Proven expertise in operations management and sales growth strategies
• Proficiency in financial products, particularly gold loan services, and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent higher qualifications are an advantage
• Prior experience in the financial services sector,

Minimum 10+ years of experience in a managerial role (preferably in financial services)
