Job Description

• Architect the strategy and tap the entire ecosystem for potential business across region and engagements with large corporates, anchors and senior stakeholders.

• Responsible for business generation and responsible for acquiring new client base focused on large and mid-corporates.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region, lead and oversee the relationship managers to achieve KRAs

• Responsible for identification, develop & originate new relationships with the entire gamut of product

• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key client accounts across all levels in the organization i.e. CXO, operations, IT, commercial and purchase for maximizing business

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and own the regional revenue, throughput target.

• Responsible for nurturing and deepening the relationship of the existing relationships.

• Improve productivity by monitoring daily activities, analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for the team.

• Focus on business landscape and leverage business volumes pertaining to various initiatives introduced by Government, PSUs, CPSEs and State Ministries.
