Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Head at Muthoot Capital Services Ltd., based in Delhi, OH. The Regional Head will oversee business operations, including driving regional sales growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and leading a team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include market analysis, customer relationship management, team management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Regional Head will work closely with senior management to align regional performance with company-wide goals.

Qualifications

Proven leadership qualities with experience in team management and mentoring
Strong background in sales, business development, and strategic planning in the financial services industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and market analysis skills
Deep understanding of financial products, including vehicle loans, gold loans, and SME financing
Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of legal and compliance standards in the financial sector
Proficiency in basic financial tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field; MBA is preferred
Proven experience in a regional leadership role in a similar industry is highly desirable
