About the Role



The selected professional will be responsible for driving regional business growth, customer engagement, market penetration, and strategic expansion initiatives for a fast growing consumer services business. The role involves end to end ownership of customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, channel effectiveness, and competitive market strategy.



Responsibilities



  • Lead regional growth and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Strengthen customer retention and improve business performance metrics
  • Drive revenue enhancement through strategic market interventions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams for business expansion plans
  • Execute innovative go to market and channel growth strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements
  • Improve sales productivity and operational efficiency across teams
  • Build scalable processes for sustainable business growth


Qualifications



Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
