Job Summary

Responsible for operational excellence, compliance, strategic alignment, and growth across diverse and complex venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all assigned properties.
- Serve as liaison between property-level management and Eurest leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Drive performance metrics, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, gaming regulations, and hospitality standards.
- Support financial objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and budget adherence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience, service quality, and employee engagement.
- Facilitate collaboration across 24/7 casino operations and year-round hospitality services.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across properties.
- Proven experience in multi-property hospitality or casino operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
- Strategic planning and operational execution capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational standards in hospitality and gaming.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex operational environment.
