Job Description

Will be responsible for Regional Delivery Operations including total implementation of processes & and systems in the delivery vertical.
Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities
Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Centre Operation Managers
Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments
Regular visits to the centers falling in the Region.
Responsible for putting students in the batches after Admission & and their documentation.
To Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery
Carry out student development activities.
Responsible for Organising Parents Teacher Meetings at Centres
Should interact with all the students in batches and ensure complete student satisfaction at all levels.
Ensure timely certification of the students by coordination with the Certification Team
Controlling Slippage, Dropouts & Leakage at all levels
Faculty Management & Rostering of the Region
Ensuring excellent attendance (90%)of students in the region
