We are building a world-class ecosystem for real estate. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven?Regional Business Development Manager?to scale Cladbe's presence in north India region. The role involves building strong industry relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base with real estate developers, channel partners, and agencies. The ideal candidate has proven B2B SaaS sales experience in real estate or related technology domains. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition for Cladbe.com in the assigned region. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with developers, brokers, and real estate agencies. Develop a regional sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. Present software demos tailored to real estate business requirements. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals, ensuring customer success and long-term relationships. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt strategy based on market needs. Track regional performance metrics and provide market intelligence to leadership for strategy alignment. Mentor and support local sales executives or channel partners in the territory. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate solutions. Strong understanding of real estate developer and brokerage workflows. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. Comfort with CRM, sales automation, and digital sales platforms.
