Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Refunds, Cancellation & Change Specialist with experience in the travel / airline / OTA industry to manage post-booking operations including ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and schedule modifications. The role requires strong knowledge of PPC. 

Required Skills

Experience in travel agency / OTA / airline / ticketing / BPO

Knowledge of cancellation, refund, reissue, exchange process

PPC

Understanding of airline fare rules & penalties

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle high-volume transactions
