Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.
Leverage AI-driven testing tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
Build and execute API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Implement AI-based test optimization, self-healing scripts, intelligent test selection, and predictive analytics.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience in QA Automation.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.
API Testing (REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI).
AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Tricentis, ACCELQ, or similar).
TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
SQL and database validation.
Git, Maven/Gradle.
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good To Have

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
