About the Role

We're looking for smart, aggressive, and confident individuals who want to build a career in Executive Search — hiring for some of the biggest and most respected names in India's Real Estate industry. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding client hiring needs, mapping the market, identifying and engaging top talent, and closing critical mandates.


You don't need a recruitment background to succeed here. What matters more is a sales mindset, hustle, and either real estate domain knowledge (through education or work experience) or the drive to build that expertise quickly on the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for client organizations in the Real Estate sector — from role scoping to offer closure
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates within the Real Estate industry (developers, consultants, PMCs, brokerage firms, funds, etc.)
  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and leadership roles
  • Source candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, databases, and direct headhunting
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates against client requirements
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing expectations on both sides
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closure process, including counter-offer management
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly hiring and revenue targets
  • Stay updated on Real Estate industry trends, key players, org structures, and compensation benchmarks
