Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Kochi operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding, with the ability to attract top talent across diverse functions.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
✔️ Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
✔️ Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
✔️ Maintain ATS and recruitment databases
✔️ Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws
✔️ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
✔️ Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
✔️ Provide regular recruitment reports and insights
Qualifications
🔹 5+ years of proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
🔹 Familiarity with Indian labour laws
🔹 Proficiency in ATS and HR software
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
