US Shift | 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Talent Partner who comes with strong experience in client-facing recruitment and strategic hiring across the US market. The ideal candidate should have expertise in GCC hiring, engineering hiring, product hiring, SaaS hiring, and leadership hiring for fast-paced technology environments.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing environment, understands stakeholder management, and can independently drive end-to-end recruitment for niche and leadership-level mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across IT, Engineering, Product, and Leadership roles
• Manage hiring requirements for GCCs (Global Capability Centers), SaaS companies, startups, and product organizations
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives including leadership and executive hiring
• Partner closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand business hiring needs
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and referrals
• Work on niche technology requirements including AI/ML, Product Engineering, Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering roles
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced client delivery environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing / Client Hiring
• Experience working on GCC hiring and global hiring mandates
• Proven experience in Engineering Hiring, Product Hiring, IT Hiring, and Leadership Hiring
• Experience hiring for SaaS, Product Startups, or Technology Consulting companies preferred
• Strong understanding of technical hiring and modern technology stacks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, Product Engineering, or Software Engineering roles
• Exposure to Executive Search and Leadership Hiring
• Experience working with fast-growing startups or global technology organizations

Work Model & Eligibility:

• Hybrid work model – Bangalore (MG Road location)
• Candidates must be open to working in US shift timings (6 PM IST – 3 AM IST)
