Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and preparing job postings. The Recruitment Specialist will source and screen candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and facilitate a smooth selection process. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment databases, supporting onboarding and training coordination, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine hiring processes, uphold company values, and support workforce planning in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess role fit and potential objectively.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help new team members integrate successfully.
  • Relevant experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably within agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
